George H. Quester is the J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro Visiting Professor of International Affairs at The George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs. He is one of the most distinguished scholars in the field of international security studies, having published a dozen single-authored books and ten edited books and textbooks over the course of his career. He is especially noted for his work on nuclear weapons and arms control. His lecture focuses on his new book project, entitled The Last Time We Were at Global-Zero.
